Why did my AWS cluster Rollback?

To confirm the exact reason for the Rollback, in the AWS Console navigate to Services => EC2 => Auto Scaling Groups and click on one of the Auto Scaling Group entries which has a “i” next to the Instances count. Click on the “Scaling History” tab. You should be able to see the exact reason why the rollback happened.
