What is the difference between DCOS SDK and Mesos framework?

Mesos is a robust, extensible, and battle-tested system kernel. However, the barrier to entry with Mesos is high and requires extensive development resources to implement and exploit. The DCOS is built on top of Mesos, removing the barrier to entry on Mesos and providing an operating system for your Mesos kernel.
